Do you have your own Builder?
When clients have their own builders, we offer onsite meetings and facilitation which include:
- Site visits, during and after project to ensure the client is satisfied.
- Facilitating Project Managers to understand the vision of our clients, by holding site meetings between teams. (Plumbers, Electricians, Builders, Tiler’s, Painters, Carpenters and Manufacturers).
Our fees are as follows:
Site visits – R300.
Initial measurements by Staff within Kimberly – R250 radius of 15km +
Call out fee outside Kimberly. R7 per km
Custom Furniture Designs
3D plan including measurements. R1000 each
Re-arrangement of client’s own furniture.
Often our clients have good elements, but they lack the expertise to arrange them well.

Luxury Living – From R3,500
• 3D design, 3 revisions, sourcing help, 1hr in-person consult (Kimberley only), optional contractor coordination
Projects outside of Kimberley
If accommodation is needed, the cost will be for the clients’ account.
+ R150 per person per night Staying Out Allowance.
