Detailed Specification and Consulting Fees @ R400 per hour.

1. Specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, wall finishes, flooring and plumbing fixtures.  Any advice given or items chosen etc.
2. Preparing of 3D plans.
3. Ordering of materials.
4. Overseeing the installations of the design elements.

Do you have your own Builder?

When clients have their own builders, we offer onsite meetings and facilitation which include:

1. Site visits, during and after project to ensure the client is satisfied.
2. Facilitating Project Managers to understand the vision of our clients, by holding site meetings between teams. (Plumbers, Electricians, Builders, Tiler’s, Painters, Carpenters and Manufacturers).

Our fees are as follows:

Site visits – R300. Per hour

Initial measurements by Staff within Kimberly – R250 radius of 15km +

Designer on site call out + R300 per hour extra.

Call out fee outside Kimberly. R7 per km +R300 per hour.

Custom Furniture Designs

3D plan including measurements. R1000 each.

Re-arrangement of client’s own furniture.

Often our clients have good elements, but they lack the expertise to arrange them well.

R600 per hour (minimum of 3 hours).

Design fee per room

Basic room layout with 3D renders.

R1150 per design.

(Furniture not specified).  Finding the perfect furniture for your budget falls under specification fees.

Projects outside of Kimberley

If accommodation is needed, the cost will be for the clients’ account.

+ R150 per person per night Staying Out Allowance.
